About Us

A family tradition of philanthropy

In 1952, Jim Cooper and Bob C. Cooper laid the foundation for what would become Midwest Bank. And with that foundation came a strong sense of family values, community support, and giving back to those in need. In 1997, the Jim B. & Lillian F. Cooper Foundation was established to solidify the importance of philanthropy in Midwest Bank communities. It’s an honor to give back to the communities we serve.
