Community Grants

The Cooper Foundation was established to support non-profit organizations that provide Health, Education & Recreation in the communities that Midwest Bank serves.

Community Grant funds awarded through the Cooper Foundation must be used within nine (9) months of receipt and applied solely to the purpose outlined in the approved application.

Grant recipients are expected to ensure and be able to demonstrate upon request that all expenditures align with the Foundation’s mission and the specific use described in their application.

To apply for a grant, please complete the following application and submit it by October 1st.
Grants will be awarded in mid-December.
